Fiona is a corporate trainer, executive coach and event speaker with over 16 years corporate experience. Fiona adopts a very different and engaging delivery style and has a passion for making a real difference. Fiona is known for her authenticity and “keeping it real”.
A little bit more about Fiona:
Fiona has worked in a variety of roles in the fields of HR, Sales and Professional Services. She has held Senior Leadership roles and has the stories and war wounds of corporate life to apply to all of her training endeavours. Fiona has been delivering training services for over 15 years alongside working full-time in industry. Fiona left corporate life in 2016 to start-up her own training and coaching business.
Fiona has a master’s degree from DCU in Work Behaviour and Occupational Psychology, along with further qualifications in Business, Training, Employment Law, Mediation, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Executive coaching and is an MBTI certified practitioner.
Throughout her career, Fiona has delivered training for over 16 years in a variety of areas in the fields of Work Behaviour, interpersonal skills, people management, Leadership and sales. Fiona has worked across all organisational sectors and with organisations of all sizes.
Fiona is associate faculty in the IMI (Irish Management Institute) lecturing and facilitating on a number of diploma programmes and training courses. Fiona also currently lectures in Chartered Accountants Ireland on their Diploma in Risk, Compliance and Audit (leadership module) and Senior Leadership Programme. Fiona has previously lectured in DCU in Negotiation and Bargaining and Cross Cultural Management and international HRM.
Drama and Improvisation Experience
As a hobby, Fiona also comes from a drama and Improvisation background which she use’s to her advantage in her delivery style to make her classes energetic and engaging.
